📋 Description

• Identify, screen, and manage candidates for contract and direct-hire roles.
• Partner with the sales team to fulfill open job orders through the hiring process.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, leaders, and SMEs to plan and deliver projects timely.
• Proactively identify and recruit qualified talent for job orders.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver client-focused solutions.
• Generate leads via professional relationships and candidate interviews for BD.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in audit, tax, public accounting or related accounting/finance talent solutions.
• Recruiting or business development experience is a plus.
• Experience with Bullhorn ATS and candidate skills matrix.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA/CFA/MBA or similar designation a plus.
• Strong interpersonal intelligence and communication skills.
• Planning, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
