Accounting Associate

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including reviewing vendor invoices, employee
• Support accounts receivable activities by recording customer receipts, preparing tax invoices
• Perform daily banking activities, including bank reconciliations, payment processing, vendor
• Maintain accurate general ledger records, accounting entries, financial documentation, and
• Support statutory accounting and tax compliance activities, including GST, TDS, annual returns
• Administer petty cash and expense reporting while ensuring appropriate supporting documentation and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred
• Practical experience supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, reconciliations
• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial transaction processing
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and related compliance requirements
• Proficiency with Tally and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
