Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own key areas of the month-end close process, including selected expenses, revenue, payroll, and
• Prepare and review general ledger journal entries and maintain high-quality supporting schedules
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving aged or
• Investigate current and historical accounting issues across different transaction types and develop
• Establish and implement accounting processes for new products, business initiatives, and evolving
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and workflows, and drive

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of professional accounting experience, gained in an accounting firm or in-house corporate
• At least 1 year of people-management or team-leadership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience applying accounting principles to complex
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with large datasets and functions such as
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus; familiarity with SQL is also advantageous.
