Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead global month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Define and execute departmental goals for financial accuracy
• Drive process automation within NetSuite and fintech stacks
• Maintain and enhance SOX-ready internal controls
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals
• Partner with Legal, Engineering, and Product on complex transactions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years progressive accounting experience
• Leadership in fintech, SaaS, or Big 4 environment
• Advanced proficiency with NetSuite and reconciliation software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders
• Active CPA license preferred
