Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant – Pack Leader

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise staff accountants, assigning work, monitoring deadlines, coaching and providing
• Develop capabilities of junior accountants through mentoring and guidance
• Take ownership of accounting, operational and client-related issues, researching solutions and
• Organize workflows across multiple client accounts and ensure deliverables are met
• Rebalance workloads, prevent work stalling, close communication loops, provide proactive updates
• Oversee bookkeeping for U.S.-based restaurant clients including transaction coding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• 7-10+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification
• Supervisory experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accrual accounting, reconciliations, month-end close
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online
