Accounting Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the complete monthly close process, including the close calendar, journal entries
• Manage revenue recognition under ASC 606 across subscriptions, employer-funded marketplace
• Maintain deferred revenue and points-liability roll-forwards while ensuring the balance sheet
• Prepare internal and external monthly reporting, including variance and flux analysis and
• Support annual audit and tax activities in collaboration with external accounting and tax advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with hands-on responsibility for core

• Demonstrated experience managing monthly close processes and meeting internal and external
