Accounts Payable Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable across all six entities, including vendor onboarding, invoice
• Administer the Ramp corporate card program end-to-end, including card issuance and limits
• Post and reconcile AP and card transactions accurately in NetSuite using our matrix GL structure
• Book intercompany AP consistently so it consolidates cleanly
• Support the AP sub-ledger through month-end close, including accruals, GRNI and unbilled review
• Manage the AP and card mailboxes and supplier relationships, resolving queries, disputes, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in accounts payable, including genuine end-to-end ownership (not just invoice processing)
• Hands-on experience with a tier-one ERP (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Proficiency with a matrix / dimensional GL structure — confident coding transactions accurately
• Experience in spend management software.
• A solid grasp of AP controls, month-end close, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of VAT / indirect tax on purchases across the UK and EU.
