Accounts Receivable Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage US and UK customer billing, partnering with Sales, Business Operations and Services to
• Create and maintain customer accounts, billing contacts, payment terms, purchase-order and portal
• Manage assigned receivables, collections, payments, credits and refunds; resolve discrepancies and
• Identify potentially uncollectible balances, prepare bad debt and reserve analyses, and recommend
• Complete assigned close activities and reconciliations, and provide documentation for revenue
• Maintain accounting records, procedures and controls; communicate outstanding issues and help

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable and general accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce CRM, Upflow dunning and collections, and Avalara sales tax
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing SaaS and services business.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
