📋 Description

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of B2B customers as primary point of contact for accounts receivable
• Ensure invoices are collected within approved payment terms, proactively reducing outstanding
• Handle customer communication and dunning processes (phone, email, letter)
• Reconcile and clarify customer accounts with accuracy
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to optimize workflows

🎯 Requirements

• completed commercial/business apprenticeship or several years of experience in accounts receivable
• fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and English, German is a plus
• persistence and assertiveness with solution-oriented mindset
• sharp eye for numbers
• efficient, thorough and self-driven work style
• proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
