Accounts Receivable Executive

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes with insurance companies.
• Maintain and update provider information in internal systems and payer portals.
• Verify essential provider credentials and documentation, including NPI, CAQH, state licenses, DEA
• Monitor credentialing applications and follow up with insurance payers to track approval progress.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to investigate and resolve claim denials or payment
• Maintain accurate records of credentialing activities and ensure compliance with payer requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred; equivalent
• 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, provider credentialing, and enrollment within the
• Familiarity with provider credentialing processes and insurance payer requirements.
• Knowledge of provider identifiers and documentation, including NPI, CAQH, state licenses, DEA
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple
