Accounts Receivable Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including billing, collections, cash application
• Build trusted relationships with our brokerage partners and become a trusted financial point of
• Make sure customers receive clear, accurate, and timely information.
• Work across Finance, Operations, and Account Management to resolve trip-level questions and
• Maintain a reliable view of every customer account, payment commitment, and expected collection
• Provide company leadership with clear weekly reporting and dependable cash forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B accounts receivable, revenue operations, credit, collections, or
• Experience personally owning a meaningful receivables portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of billing, cash application, credits, account reconciliation, and financial
• The confidence to work directly with customers, business owners, and senior executives.
• Excellent organization, judgment, and follow-through.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with NetSuite or another ERP.
