Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Ensure timely invoicing for assigned accounts.
• Manage AR cycle, pricing accuracy, and credits.
• Monitor deviations from credit standards.
• Serve as primary liaison for invoicing, activations, orders.
• Complete month-end closing tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years AR or collections experience.
• General understanding of computerized accounting systems; Dynamics AX asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Google Sheets/Docs and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; RMA experience is an asset.
