📋 Description

• Manually enter payments received via check, ACH, wire transfer, and credit card
• Review the automated payment application process
• Troubleshoot issues with unidentified payment applications
• Manage the creation of initial invoices
• Generate schedules for future invoices
• Manage the initial collections list

🎯 Requirements

• Possesses 1-2 years of hands-on experience working in Accounts Receivable, including processing
• Has practical experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, utilizing such platforms
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets
• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, able to correspond professionally through
• Capable of meeting critical deadlines by prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and working
• Experience with supplier portals such as Ariba, Coupa, and Bill.com
