📋 Description

• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across Direct Mail, Email, and SMS channels to
• Lead channel strategy, campaign planning, targeting, testing, budget management, and performance
• Own and lead the customer acquisition strategy across Direct Mail, Email, and SMS channels
• Develop and manage integrated acquisition campaign roadmaps and testing strategies, including A/B
• Lead planning and execution of acquisition campaigns from strategy through launch and optimization.
• Manage acquisition channel budgets, forecasting, and spend pacing, making data-driven

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in acquisition, performance, direct response, lifecycle, or related
• Direct ownership of at least two acquisition channels (Direct Mail, Email, or SMS).
• Experience managing campaign budgets, forecasting, performance measurement, and optimization.
• Experience developing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
• Strong knowledge of performance and acquisition marketing, customer segmentation, targeting, and
