Acquisition Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Design and optimize the end-to-end sales-acquired customer journey starting with ISR/BDR
• Own and optimize the Acquisition operating system including outbound cadences, deal-execution
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize the acquisition tech stack (sales engagement, Salesforce pipeline
• Own pipeline health including coverage ratios, stage conversion, and win/loss analysis
• Build and own forecasting and quota-setting for sales-acquired TPV, and partner with Marketing Ops
• Build scalable territory and account-assignment programs for BDR/AE capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar with end-to-end ownership of a sales-acquired
• Experience in a consumption/usage-based business where activation, not just bookings, drives
• Proven track record building outbound and sales programs with measured impact on business outcomes
• Hands-on Salesforce and sales-engagement tooling experience
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable turning fragmented data into a forecast leadership can trust
