Additive Post Processing Technician I, First Shift

📋 Description

• Operate De-powdering Machinery, Wire EDM's, and Vacuum Heat-Treating Furnaces
• Deburr, Remove Supports, and Surface Prep PBF Printed Hardware
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, defects, surface quality, and perform necessary rework
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of work performed
• Collaborate with Engineering and Team to develop and implement new post processing operations
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines ensuring a safe work environment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ Years Experience in PBF Post-Processing or other Additive Manufacturing technologies
• Proficient in operating post-processing equipment such as De-powdering Machinery, Wire EDM's
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality parts. Experienced in
• Ability to interpret technical documents and maintain accurate records
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues related to post-processing
