📋 Description

• Support compensation-related processes in Workday and other HR systems by accurately entering
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support compensation planning, analysis, operational
• Conduct routine data-quality reviews and audits, identify discrepancies, investigate root causes
• Assist with testing, validation, documentation, and implementation of system updates, configuration

• 1–3 years of experience working in compensation planning or a closely related compensation
• Strong systems knowledge, with Workday experience strongly preferred, and the ability to learn new

• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability
