🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, scheduling, medical office, or
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn electronic medical record and scheduling
