📋 Description

• Provide career counseling and job search strategies to customers
• Monitor and track program participation, address customer concerns with action plans
• Maintain knowledge of various occupations/career paths, provide motivational support
• Facilitate job readiness/search workshops, identify training needs
• Document case notes and maintain accurate records, create policies and procedures
• Assist with special projects and produce word processing documents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, marketing, business, human resources or related field with 2+
• Experience with career counseling in high-volume human services or workforce development environment
• Strong communication, organization, computer and publishing skills
• Ability to motivate and present workshops, work with individuals with employment barriers
• Referral network with community agencies, knowledge of local needs and resources
• Adaptable, flexible, deadline-oriented, works well under pressure and in team settings
