📋 Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for BAYADA Home Health Care
Provide home health care to clients in their homes
Client assessments
Training and education of family members
Administration of prescribed medication and therapies
Communication with the client’s multi-disciplinary team

🎯 Requirements

Current LPN license in good standing
Minimum 4 months LPN experience
Pediatrics experience is a plus (training available)
