📋 Description

• Monitor and evaluate regulatory developments, rulemakings, rate cases, tariff filings, certificate
• Serve as a subject matter expert on natural gas pipeline ratemaking, cost-of-service methodologies
• Review and interpret pipeline rate cases, including Section 4 filings, Section 5 proceedings
• Assess the commercial and operational implications of regulatory decisions affecting natural gas
• Advise commercial teams on transportation rights, service priorities, tariff interpretation
• Identify opportunities to challenge, influence, or support pipeline rate and tariff proposals in

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Public Policy, Finance, Law, Energy
• Professional experience in natural gas pipeline regulation, pipeline commercial operations, energy
• Demonstrated expertise in natural gas pipeline rates, tariffs, transportation services, and
• Experience working with the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
• Strong knowledge of Canadian pipeline regulatory frameworks and North American natural gas markets.
• Strong understanding of the Natural Gas Act (NGA), Natural Gas Policy Act (NGPA), FERC and CER
