📋 Description

• Partner with top-tier System Integrators to develop and position ServiceNow-powered transformation
• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert, partnering closely with assigned partners'
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations jointly
• Answer product feature and technical questions from partners, customers, channel partners, and
• Enable and upskill partner solution consultants and architects through technical training
• Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with enterprise cloud software
• Experience working with System Integrators, consulting firms, or business process outsourcers
• Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms including
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
