Affiliate Marketing Executive

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and other revenue-driving opportunities
• Manage a portfolio of up to 80–100 affiliate partners, creating individual account plans and
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners through regular business reviews
• Monitor affiliate performance using metrics such as revenue, ROAS, and AOV, identifying
• Develop and execute revenue acceleration initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, exclusive
• Ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies, brand standards, and applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Currently located in Canada or the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and strategic partnerships, particularly working with
• Proven ability to build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships that generate measurable revenue
• Experience managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns in the US and/or Canadian markets.
• Native or professional C1-level English proficiency, with strong negotiation and
• Proficiency with the Impact affiliate platform and strong knowledge of SEO tools, particularly
