Affiliates Manager

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and day-to-day management of Xero's global affiliate channel
• Manage publisher relationships end to end
• Shape campaigns to bring new customers to websites, optimizing towards lifetime value and
• Manage affiliate platforms including Impact and PartnerStack
• Review performance and attribution data, close tracking gaps
• Grow and nurture high-quality publisher partnerships in core markets

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale
• Experience running programmes on platforms such as Impact or PartnerStack
• Strong grasp of tracking, attribution, measurement and incrementality
• Ability to work with engineers and data scientists
• Building trusted relationships with publishers, partners, technical and business stakeholders
• Owning budgets and commercial targets
