Affiliates Manager

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and day-to-day management of Xero's global affiliate channel, across both the Xero
• Manage publisher relationships end to end and shape campaigns to bring new customers to websites
• Optimise campaigns towards lifetime value and first-time payers
• Manage a multi-million dollar channel and be accountable for clear, measurable returns
• Work across Impact and PartnerStack platforms
• Build tools and workflows (many powered by AI) to make growth repeatable

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale, whether from an affiliate network, platform
• Experience running programmes on platforms such as Impact or PartnerStack, from partner recruitment
• Strong grasp of tracking, attribution, measurement and incrementality
• Enjoy getting into the detail with engineers and data scientists
• Build trusted relationships with publishers, partners and technical/business stakeholders
• Own budgets and commercial targets
