Afterhours Driver Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers during afterhours and night shifts
• Resolve operational issues related to loads, routing, and transportation
• Utilize Transportation Management System (TMS) to retrieve shipment information
• Coordinate with brokers and other stakeholders for issue resolution
• Communicate via Slack to relay information to dispatchers and drivers
• Document and follow through on issues until resolution

• Previous experience in sales, customer support, logistics, or transportation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Empathetic and customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Comfortable with computer software and communication platforms
