Agency Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise agency partners from day one
• Guide agencies on strategy, product adoption, and best practices across social and programmatic
• Collaborate with Agency Sales and cross-functional teams to drive adoption, growth, and retention
• Design and deliver scalable training programs for agency teams
• Build relationships with key partners (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Google) and inform product
• Develop enablement playbooks and best practices to improve internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role in ad tech/martech/digital
• Strong knowledge of social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) with
• Empathetic, proactive, customer-obsessed, and able to translate data into actionable insights
• Results-driven with cross-functional collaboration and ownership
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Willing to travel for meetings, conferences, and events
