Agency Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide direct support for independent agencies appointed with Steadily; answering questions about
• Respond to high volume of inbound calls, chats, and email requests from agents regarding quotes and
• Partner with Agency Success Managers to support the growth and success of our independent agency
• Partner with Underwriting to help mitigate risk by communicating underwriting actions to our agents
• Perform any other clerical or administrative tasks related to agency support, as needed.

• Quick to learn new tools and systems; comfortable navigating multiple platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently until fully resolved
• Ability to manage a large workload and thrive under pressure
