Agent Customer Service VIP (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Attend to B2B clients (agencies, replacements, corporates...) via phone and email to offer premium
• Provide internal support and assist other departments in sales and operations
• Manage after-sales of corporate client and agency inquiries
• Support reservation management and contract extensions for corporate and replacement clients
• Retain B2B clients throughout the sales cycle (pre and post-sale)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, comfortable managing B2B clients
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Results-oriented and motivated by challenges
• Proactive attitude, enthusiastic, autonomous work, anticipating client needs
• Excellent MS Office skills and comfort with reservation management tools or similar
• Valid driver's license for driving vehicles
