• Shape the Agent Success function at Decagon.
• Build partnerships with customers; act as their strategic advisor.
• Co-pilot deployments from scoping to adoption and value realization.
• Continuously learn product features and AI context to become an expert.
• Communicate with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role.
• Proven experience managing large customers and driving high-visibility projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; simplify complex concepts.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork skills.
• Business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes.
• Strong technical acumen; coding not required.
