Agile Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Manage each project's scope and timeline; work with product owners to handle backlogs and new
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams toward higher scrum maturity.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts; act as point of contact for team communications.
• Support Program Increment (PI) planning and coordinating dependencies with other teams.
• Drive transparency of progress, risks, and metrics using available productivity and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizen; TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Agile certification (CSM, PSM I, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP).
• Mid-level comprehensive knowledge and expertise; operates with appreciable latitude in methodology
• Knowledgeable in Agile methodology and Scrum; coordinates sprints, retrospectives, and daily
• Manages timelines and scope; works with product owners on backlogs; resolves problems and removes
