AI Acceleration Engineer

📋 Description

• Own projects end to end, from requirements gathering and solution design through development
• Build and maintain the web applications and integrations internal teams run on, from existing
• Work with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Legal, People, and Recruiting to surface new use
• Take on major workstreams as they come up: billing, revenue recognition, usage data ingestion, and
• Build the interfaces that let others work with our systems through AI, including MCP servers
• Measure and communicate impact back to leadership: time saved, cost reduced, errors eliminated.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience building internal tools, systems, and automations for business
• Owned projects across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and
• Technical enough to build production-quality internal tools, focused on solving business problems.
• Strong generalist with ability to go deep on billing one quarter and rebuild a recruiting workflow
• Sound instincts for how systems should be built—data flow, failure points, maintainability.
• Know when to use agentic/AI approaches vs deterministic pipelines.
