📋 Description

• Lead business-unit-level AI adoption efforts, helping leaders and employees navigate organizational
• Partner with organizational change management teams to design and execute AI adoption strategies
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans, resistance-mapping approaches, influence strategies, and
• Monitor adoption signals and adjust interventions based on real-time usage and workforce data
• Address employee concerns, anxiety, trust, and psychological safety throughout AI transformation
• Deconstruct tasks across business-unit roles to determine what AI can automate, augment, or create

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in change management, HR transformation, organizational development, or related
• Proven experience leading scaled technology or digital transformation initiatives from a people and
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks and adaptability to AI-driven workflows
• Experience with workforce planning, role design, job architecture, or organizational design
• Ability to establish trust and influence with business leaders and employees
• Strong data literacy with proficiency in adoption metrics and workforce analytics
