📋 Description

• Act as the bridge between business functions, IT, and Management to translate functional and
• Be the high-level advisor for C-suite stakeholders translating their challenges into technical AI
• Design safe and precise memory architectures, compliant multi-agent systems, and tool/skill
• Design and oversee implementation of tracing-, monitoring-, and evaluation systems for Agentic AI.
• Jointly with Risk Management/Compliance define and guide the implementation of guardrails and
• Lead the documentation and communication of technical concepts effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in the architecture and delivery of AI solutions in Finance. Experience
• Experience with Agent Builder, M365 and PowerBI Copilot, Cowork.
• A deep understanding of modern data platforms like Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, Copilot Studio and
• Proficiency in AgentOps in common cloud environments. Knowledge of Azure preferred.
• Knowledge of both MCP/API-first development practices and traditional service-based architecture.
• Experience with tracing, monitoring, and evaluation systems like Langfuse or Weights & Biases.
