📋 Description

• Owning enterprise AI architecture and governance for our EHR platform, giving product teams a
• Defining reference patterns and solution blueprints for LLM applications, RAG, classical ML, and
• Leading platform and tooling decisions for Azure AI, Databricks, and data orchestration
• Creating reusable accelerators like a RAG starter kit, evaluation harness, and prompt library
• Embedding HIPAA-aligned PHI/PII safeguards into the SDLC and CI/CD gates
• Setting responsible AI release criteria, from bias and fairness evaluations to model cards and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Health
• 10+ years in software or solution architecture, including 5+ years in AI/ML systems and 2+ years
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and OpenAI or Anthropic models, from fine-tuning and
• Healthcare domain experience - claims processing or revenue cycle management or experience in a
• Solid understanding of HIPAA, PHI/PII handling, and responsible AI practices
