• Directing the “shoot” through prompting with strong composition, lighting, colour, motion and
• Building and maintaining a library of prompt techniques, references and workflows.
• Work within quality, safety and brand standards; flag risks around realism, representation, bias or
• Provide structured feedback on AI video tools and outputs to improve governance.
• Stay current with fast-moving AI video tools and bring best techniques back to Canva workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep visual storytelling craft with composition, lighting, colour, motion and pacing.
• Hands-on cross-platform creator with generative AI video tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, CapCut
• Strong prompt-engineering skills, rapid iteration, portfolio demonstrating end-to-end production.
• Delivered high volumes of creative content to tight deadlines; manages end-to-end pipeline from
• Strong creative judgement on AI-generated results and when to iterate.
• Ability to give/receive craft-focused feedback; raise risks early.
