• Map existing manual workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative and
• Design and implement workflows using low-code and no-code automation platforms such as Zapier
• Develop ATS and payroll-related automations, AI-assisted onboarding materials, and dashboards
• Build and maintain marketing and brand-reputation workflows, including advertising performance
• Support AI-assisted content workflows for planning, routing, and publishing social media and
• Translate business processes into clear step-by-step specifications, operational rules, integration

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using or strong familiarity with low-code/no-code automation platforms such as Zapier
• Exceptional organizational and process-mapping skills, with the ability to break complex or
• Ability to understand APIs, integrations, data flows, and business logic and communicate
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing tools and concepts, including advertising, SEO, and CRM
• Familiarity with HR, scheduling, ATS, or workforce management platforms such as BambooHR or similar
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail when testing workflows
