AI Builder (AI Solutions Engineer)

📋 Description

• Translate ambiguous business challenges into practical AI solutions and rapidly develop working
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to discover, clarify, and define problems rather than
• Build and iterate AI solutions using modern development and AI-assisted coding tools, including
• Develop full-stack solutions spanning front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.
• Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG architectures, AI
• Take successful prototypes through refinement and development toward scalable, production-ready

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience building AI solutions, with substantial practical experience using
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and implementation patterns.
• Experience designing and developing RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and
• Strong full-stack development capabilities, including Python, React, and/or Next.js.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs and enterprise systems.
