📋 Description

• Run campaigns with the team from brief to wrap-up. That covers sourcing, outreach, assessments
• Turn a client's requirements into a sourcing profile. Mine the CVs they approved and the interview
• Keep the bench full so tested engineers are ready when a project lands.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in human data operations, annotation or RLHF delivery, technical recruiting for AI work
• Experience at a data vendor or a lab-facing talent marketplace is a strong plus.
• Ability to read a senior engineer's CV and distinguish a staff-level Python generalist from a
• Experience running high-volume pipelines against tight deadlines with quality.
• Comfort with moving targets and mid-campaign changes without losing candidate trust.
• Treat candidate experience as part of the job.
