AI Deployment Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI deployments, from discovery and scoping through
• Lead structured discovery through stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, agent shadowing
• Translate customer operational challenges and desired outcomes into practical AI solution
• Facilitate solution design sessions and align stakeholders on agent scope, behaviour, requirements
• Partner with customer stakeholders and Customer Success to define measurable success criteria
• Work hands-on with AI platforms through configuration, prompt and intent iteration, testing, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, technology consulting, engagement
• Proven experience owning complex delivery outcomes involving senior client stakeholders and
• Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build
• Strong technical fluency, including the ability to read API documentation, test endpoints
• Hands-on experience with large language models, including agent behaviour, prompt iteration
• Ability to move comfortably between technical problem-solving, solution design, operational
