📋 Description

• Design and ship AI-enabled workflows and cross-cutting tools for tech and non-tech teams.
• Establish fluency standards and benchmarks for AI usage and impact.
• Lead employee AI training and adoption programs with People & L&D teams.
• Develop internal load-bearing AI applications and integrations for long-term ops.
• Serve as a change agent, driving adoption with measurable gains.
• Run discovery with leaders and define measurable success criteria before building.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical Craft: 8-12 years blending hands-on building with tool adoption; prototype workflows; wire up agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor).
• Change Leadership: Proven track record of adoption with measurable impact.
• Collaboration: Low-ego, collaborative; translate business needs into load-bearing solutions.
• Mindset: Grit in ambiguity; measure outcomes; elevation-focused work.
• Production Judgment: Ship with reliability, latency, and observability for daily use.
