📋 Description

• Drive AI adoption and standardization across the engineering organization by serving as the primary
• Own the feedback loop and continuous improvement motion by building structured feedback channels
• Create lightweight, high-frequency enablement content like bite-size recordings, guides, prompts
• Measure adoption of the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) and define dashboards/metrics to track
• Support onboarding and engineering learning by introducing new engineers to approved AI tools
• Partner with engineering leads to package adoption metrics and success stories for leadership and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developer productivity, developer experience, technical enablement
• Strong understanding of modern engineering work: software development lifecycles, code review
• Strong experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gamma, Cursor, and related platforms for
• Demonstrated ability to create reusable AI-assisted workflows, including prompt libraries
• Ability to turn evolving technical standards into clear, practical, high-frequency enablement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, translating complex technical ideas into actionable
