📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated, hands-on daily proficiency using modern generative AI tools (e.g., enterprise LLMs)
• 5+ years of experience in enablement, talent development, or instructional design within fast-paced
• Proven track record designing modern, bite-sized learning assets, playbooks, and toolkits
• Demonstrated success facilitating engaging, interactive workshops and hands-on learning labs
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive capability-building and
