AI Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Design and build AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Replace manual processes with automated, low-code or AI solutions.
• Prototype with SQL, Python, APIs, and low-code tools.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Revenue Ops for integration.
• Inventory and prioritize automation opportunities by impact and complexity.
• Advise leadership on AI-driven workflow changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in operations, analytics, automation, or related field.
• Proven experience building and implementing workflows or automation solutions.
• Experience applying AI tools in real-world workflows (prompt design, automation, LLM use cases).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL; experience querying and manipulating data.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools (Airtable, Zapier) and/or scripting (Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with APIs and integrating systems or moving data between tools.
