📋 Description

• Designing and implementing agentic SDLC workflows with AI, focusing on post-delivery phase
• Developing and maintaining AI agents for automating functional, regression and performance tests on
• Acting as technical reference for observability and reliability of native applications — proactive
• Creating agentic flows to accelerate bug triage, root cause analysis and validation of fixes in
• Defining and evolving automated testing strategies for native mobile, integrating AI tools into the
• Maximizing the use of GitHub Copilot and Claude Code as productivity amplifiers for the team

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with native platforms iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) — possibly as a developer
• Knowledge of mobile automation frameworks: XCTest/XCUITest, Espresso, Appium or similar
• Familiarity with instrumentation and observability of mobile apps (crashes, traces, logs
• Practical experience in building agents or automation flows with LLMs applied to the software
• Advanced use of GitHub Copilot and Claude Code (or equivalent tools) as part of the engineering
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as BMAD, Spec-Kit, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or
