📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of a globally consistent approach to AI-related regulatory change and
• Monitor evolving AI regulations and translate requirements into practical governance processes and
• Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies and procedures to support the safe and
• Coordinate AI-related regulatory engagements across businesses, functions and markets.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology and Business to oversee
• Provide senior management with regular reporting on regulatory developments, key risks

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting delivering impactive Ai
• Strong experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk or regulatory change within financial
• Deep understanding of AI regulations, regulatory expectations and Responsible AI practices.
• Experience developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies and controls within a
• Strong knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance, preferably within a global bank or
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across multiple functions and
