AI Infusion Principal Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead AI-enabled product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for financial services clients.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to design scalable AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, embeddings).
• Facilitate workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and prototype concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to integrate AI into enterprise platforms.
• Advise senior stakeholders on responsible AI adoption with measurable business value.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in digital product development, product management, or tech consulting in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, foundation models, LLMs, RAG, embeddings.
• Experience delivering AI products with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to translate business needs into AI capabilities.
• Bonus: experience delivering AI products in banking or capital markets.
