AI Operator, Implementation Delivery

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale AI implementations for Fortune 500 clients
• Lead multiple parallel workstreams, manage delivery timeline, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes
• Enforce operational rigor with clear goals, defined success metrics, and accountable ownership
• Build trust with enterprise clients and align delivery to contracted outcomes
• Navigate executives, technical teams, and leadership with clear status reporting and risk visibility
• On-site client engagement with travel as a stated component of the role

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise AI programs ($10M+ budgets)
• Strong program management and stakeholder alignment skills
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments with changing priorities
• AI-native mindset; actively use frontier AI tools and reinvent workflows
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and be on-site with customers
