📋 Description

• Lead the GenAI localisation program: plan, timeline, people.
• 12-month fixed-term contract.
• Design evaluation ops at scale with human review pipelines in Label Studio.
• Manage contingent labellers and external vendors; capacity and quality.
• Partner with GenAI evaluation teams to define localisation quality.
• Build lightweight dashboards to track quality and surface issues.

• You're a program/operations leader who thrives in ambiguity.
• You've run complex cross-functional programs rallying people you don't manage.
• You're comfortable with data and AI concepts - LLM eval, RAG, BLEU or COMET.
• You can manage a workforce of reviewers and vendors without losing sight of quality.
• You can move between day-to-day labeller work and leadership updates.
• You've delivered AI or transformation programs from 0-to-1 at enterprise scale.
