• Portfolio of impactful work, in the form of publications, open-source projects, or AI internships
• Ability to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY
• Creative, interdisciplinary, and entrepreneurial approach to R&D
• Strong debugging and critical thinking skills
